NORTH FACADE OF GESU CHURCH AS VIEWED FROM WISCONSIN AVENUE (1908)
Visible is the main entrance, composed of three Gothic arches supported by clusters of four granite columns; the two towers, each over 200 feet tall; and the stained glass rose window, with fourteen radii emanating from a central design representing Almighty God and each radius opening into a depiction of a saint of the church. The empty lot to the west of the church features a billboard advertisement, and portions of Johnston Hall are visible to the east of the church .
